To grow the local team further, we are looking for experienced Field Application Engineer
Field Application Engineer – WiFi 7 solutions , DNS, xDSL, Fiber
This will be a customer facing role, the FAE must feel comfortable presenting to engineers, Product Managers and Senior Management within SP accounts.
The FAE must be able to manage their time and be comfortable working alone and within the team. The FAE must have ambition to drive themselves and the company forward and will have a strong problem solving ability and a flexible can do attitude.
Mission:
- Technical support of all Service Provider accounts and SP distribution partners (2nd / 3rd Line)
- Customer onsite support for technical issue replicating, debugging and real life testing
- Issues escalation to HQ support teams in Taiwan (could be CSO/R&D/QA or product delivery
- Provide support to the Sales Team in the form of pre-sales, and attend customer sites where and when appropriate
- Travelling across Europe (roughly 40% of your workload) to visit clients and internal offices
Requirements:
- Expert working networking TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS knowledge, including practical experience with wireless systems
- Experience with VoIP, TR069/TR181 and xDSL, Fiber, and LTE/5G/FWA products.
- Experience with Trouble shooting, or Technical support for international clients
- Fluency in Czech and English language
