Our client is seeking a 1st level support Renewals Manager to be based in Prague, CR.
The Renewals Manager will be a key member of the Customer Experience and Operations FP&A team, supporting the Evergreen Subscriptions and Renewals business. The role requires a high level of cross-group collaboration, analytical and communication skills. This person will be highly analytical with the ability to dig into the details and communicate findings and analysis to other teams. A successful candidate will be responsible for surfacing and presenting key business insights and recommendations.
Renewals Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform Renewals quote reviews and approvals to enforce renewal pricing policy
- Ensure deals are reviewed for accuracy, fitness and alignment with policies and strategic initiatives
- Front line review of renewal subscription quotes and provide approval recommendation to finance leadership
- Reconcile and analyze install base changes and drivers for subscription changes.
- Maintain a confident, well informed point-of-view to challenge conventional or entrenched views
- Work closely with cross functional teams Including but not limited to Finance, Deals Desk, Sales, IT, Install Base
Renewals Manager Requirements:
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent (MBA would be a plus)
- Ideally about 5-7 years of progressively complex roles in a financial function with deals analysis experience/understanding (Subscription and/or Service experience a plus)
- Advanced to proficient level of English.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving operational goals.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite,Tableau software is a plus.
