Analyst Tester

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Analysis).
- Experience: Previous experience in analysis or testing, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on financial platforms is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep knowledge of platform functionality and business processes.
- Analyze regulatory topics and their impact on platforms.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and test solutions.
- Attend customer workshops and provide consultative input.
- Work with Solution Consultants to design solutions within defined scopes.
- Author user stories and produce system artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address business and technical gaps.
- Manage defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Review and test changes to ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Provide regular updates to the Delivery Manager.
- Work with internal and external delivery teams.
- Promote and deliver process improvements.
- Share knowledge and best practices with other Analyst Testers.
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
