On behalf of my client, I’m looking for an HR Business Partner (EMEA) in Prague! If you're a seasoned HR professional ready to make your mark, this role is for you. As an HR Business Partner, you'll handle Restructuring, account management, and generalist HR services for our Shared Service center in EMEA. You'll be a pivotal member of the local Senior Leadership team, ensuring our People Agenda aligns with regulations and best practices to drive our aspirations forward.

HR Business Partner (EMEA) Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of HR services, such as ensuring compliance on visa and legal matters, administration of payroll, management of outsourced HR services (employee insurances, EAP, payroll) and all other touch points during our employee’s lifecycle.
  • Create and drive the local employee engagement initiatives (performance management, wellbeing, health & safety, rewards & recognition, DEI, sustainability) thereby building upon our employer brand.
  • Provide advisory services to the management team on employee relations related challenges and will ensure that all our HR services and initiatives are compliant with the local labour regulations and are industry best practices.
  • Work alongside our Centres of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) in implementing group actions and closely monitoring delivery.

HR Business Partner (EMEA) Requirements:

  • Prior experience in all HR functions including talent acquisition, HR Operations, payroll, policies, performance management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership.
  • In depth knowledge of Czech labour law is mandatory.
  • Advanced to proficient level of Czech and English.
  • Experience in HRIS and other MS Applications.
  • Experienced in working across cultures and geographies.
  • Familiarity with wider European employment legislation would be a benefit CIPD/ SHRM qualification would be preferred.

  • Adept in managing multiple stakeholders to create strong collaborative relationships.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking & problem-solving skills. Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commercial Awareness Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Seen as authentic and approachable.
