Implementation Architect

As an Implementation Architect, you will help deliver the International Common Data Model across multiple business units. You will be a member of a highly skilled data enablement team, directly supporting clients’ strategic goals.

What you will do

  • Data Model Implementation: Ensure the correct implementation of a common data model (data lakehouse) across several countries.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with other architects to design technical solutions that align with the organization’s goals and IT strategy.
  • Development Oversight: Supervise the development and implementation phases, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement testing and quality control procedures to guarantee the reliability and performance of the implemented solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implemented solutions for reference and future maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues and challenges during implementation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT personnel, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors involved in the implementation process.

Requirements

  • University degree in statistics, computer science or any other related field
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and data structures, data integration and ETL processes, cloud computing platforms.

  • Knowledge of architectural patterns and best practices.
  • Skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation and diagrams.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Knowledge of data quality, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant development and data management tools, such as ETL tools, version control systems, and project management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of implementations.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively with other professionals.
