What will you do

  • Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collect, analyze, and refine business and IT requirements (from IFRS17 and local GAAPs) for the development team. Create refined user stories for the team's backlog and ensure they are traceable within the release management process.
  • Implement Solutions: As a member of the BizDevOps team, implement requirements using Aptitude solutions (3rd party software). This involves SQL procedures, configurations in XLS format, and adjustments to Scheduler files.
  • Participate in Project Life-Cycle: Engage in all project phases, including IT analysis, minor developments, unit testing, and bug fixing. Focus on configurations of the accounting engine, root cause analysis, and debugging during ST, SIT, UAT phases, and production runs.
  • Support Production: Assist the team in Incident, Change, and Problem management on Production. Manage Production activities in compliance with ITIL processes.
  • Analytical Storytelling: Report results with analytical storytelling. Describe use cases, collect and process data, visualize it appropriately, present to the target audience, explain context and deviations, and highlight key features. We use Power BI for transparency in Operational tasks and release management, and for visualizing bug root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate: Communicate with multiple teams from the reporting chain to align and coordinate on assigned topics.

Requirements

  • A university degree
  • 2+ years of experience in business or IT analysis, preferably with reporting applications
  • Proficient in SQL (queries, procedures), MS Excel (pivot tables, queries, formulas), and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Python is an advantage 
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation tools for improving efficiency
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards is an advantage; IT industry knowledge is essential
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and willingness to work in this style
