REED is currently looking for a Customer Service and Order Specialist with fluent German and English who is interested in starting a new role in customer service and order management with an overlap into cash collections. This is a great opportunity to join our international client's organization here in Prague 5. Your main role will be to process orders, ensure timely delivery of products to customers in the DACH region, and support customers with payments. You will communicate directly with customers and respond to their inquiries.

Job Description for Customer Support and Order Specialist:

  • Receiving customer orders and entering them into the ERP system
  • Providing order confirmations, product availability, and information on deliveries and order issues
  • Issuing, posting, and sending sales invoices
  • Handling and responding to customer complaints (via email or phone)
  • Managing returns of faulty goods, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, product types, and product availability
  • Supporting customers with payments, including cash collections if necessary
  • Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
  • Collaborating with the finance department on tasks with shared responsibility
  • Frequent contact with the logistics and sales team
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships

Requirements for Customer Support and Order Specialist:

  • Ideally, some previous experience in customer service, order management, or cash collections
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
