National Key Account Manager / Sales Manager - FMCG

Job description

REED is seeking a talented National Key Account Manager / Sales Director for a small / mid-sized international FMCG company. If you are a seasoned sales professional with a background in FMCG and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, market approaches, and revenue plans.
  • Enhance efficiency and achieve agreed-upon results.
  • Negotiate business terms with both modern market and traditional customers.
  • Assess and align business plans and investments.
  • Lead and develop Key Account Managers (KAMs) and direct sales teams, fostering engagement and empowerment.
  • Serve as a role model, promoting growth and development within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous managerial experience in FMCG, including leading KAMs and field sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Flexible, dynamic personality with innovative thinking.
  • In-depth understanding of the FMCG sales environment.
  • Native Czech/Slovak speaker with proficiency in English.
