Our client is seeking an Order Administration Specialist for their Prague office (hybrid or remote working is an option). If you have previous experience in a customer service or order processing role in a sales environment, are proficient with CRM and ERP systems, have skills with data entry and some knowledge of Netsuite, SalesForce and Bill of Materials, read on as this position may be of interest.
Order Administration Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create, edit and submit CMPO (Netsuite) in adherence to company guidelines and processes, such as the billing and shipping addresses, pricing, and configuration.
- Work with SMARTSHEET tools for expediting and replacement orders.
- Manage Netsuite backlog from CMPO execution to fulfillment.
- Foster a cooperative partnership with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Contract Manufacturing and other dependent functions.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to solve order issues and educate them on fulfillment policies and guidelines.
- Maintain positive and professional communications, both internally and externally, to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Contribute to growing the department's capabilities which may include assisting in building scalable processes, supporting documentation and/or metric needs, improving quality, etc.
Order Administration Specialist Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role in a sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data.
- Basic Salesforce, Netsuite and Bill of Materials knowledge.
- Fluent English (Czech or another language would be an advantage)
- Experience working in a channel-driven sales organization.

- Flexible and adaptable; excellent communication skills; strong listening, negotiation and problem-resolution skills; self-starter; excellent attention to detail; high level of accuracy; superior phone etiquette; ability to deal effectively with internal or external customers and peers.
Location: Rohanske nabrezi 661/5, Karlin, 186 00 Praha (hybrid or remote working is an option)
Start date: ASAP (4-6 months temporary contract with a possibility of extension)
