Job Summary: As a Payroll Analyst within a Global Payroll Team, you will oversee vendor relationships and manage payroll workflows to ensure accurate and timely payroll services. This role requires compliance with local legal and regulatory standards. If you join this team, you will be part of a very dynamic, modern and data-related company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain precise payroll records.
  • Collaborate with external payroll partners and manage queries throughout the payroll cycle.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax year-end processes and annual filings.
  • Initiate payments to employees, local authorities, and third parties.
  • Address payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
  • Support HR, Finance, Payments teams, and Business Unit Managers with payroll-related issues.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and third-party providers.
  • Manage and maintain data in accordance with GDPR.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of French payroll legislation and employment laws.
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Certification in Payroll
  • Experience with French payroll and its legislation.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles, including balance sheets and budgeting.
