Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team and take on the crucial role of managing payroll as well as overseeing employee benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling the entire payroll process, including reporting for Social Security and Health Insurance.
• Liaising with employees, HR, finance, and government bodies (e.g., Social Security Administration, health insurance companies, tax authorities).
• Managing benefits related to sick leave, parental leave, caregiving, and more.
• Administering payroll-related benefits (e.g., MultiSport cards, data plans, company cars, pension plans).
• Overseeing payroll for international employees.
• Preparing documentation and supporting audit processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, ideally from internal payroll rather than outsourced.
• Education in accounting, economics, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in Czech labour law regulations and contracts, tax regulations, and payroll procedures.
• Experience from large corporation/international company
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
