They are looking for a business and project-oriented manager for their new unannounced game, which will be the successor to one of their biggest brands. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, can manage a larger team, and has several successfully implemented game or IT projects. Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing long-term goals and strategies for the success of our client's game projects, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction
- Project management and setting up project processes at all stages; active monitoring and management of development phases with an emphasis on quality, deadlines, and budget; detailed planning, continuous project monitoring, and adherence to deadlines
- Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress, always keeping the client's needs in mind
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes and achieve better results for our client
- Responsibility for building the entire team and ensuring their development, motivation, and addressing the team's needs to achieve the project goals in accordance with the management's vision
About you:
- Project experience: Ability to manage complex projects with extensive internal teams and external subcontractors
- Proven experience: in leading large projects with a strong emphasis on business and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, especially with clients
- Goal orientation: Proactive approach and strong focus on achieving set goals and results for our client
- Proactive and positive approach: Ability to find solutions to a variety of challenges, always considering the client's perspective
- Fluent knowledge of Czech and English
