Work primarily from home while being part of a Global Application Integration Team in a multinational company that creates breakthrough engineering by building groundbreaking automation solutions. Ensure data accuracy, security, change management, system availability, and data integrity.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform business process and gap analysis, design, develop, and test integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test scenarios.
- Create reusable processes and components to maximize onboarding efficiency.
- Provide digital integrations with various communication protocols and web architecture.
- Ensure all development follows agreed standards and naming conventions.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and optimum performance of all integration processes.
- Produce high-quality documentation covering solution analysis, design process flows, functional and technical specifications.
- Provide end-user support and training as required.
EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
- In-depth knowledge of SalesForce platform, architecture, data model, and connectivity options.
- Hands-on SalesForce integration, configuration, and development experience.
- Experience in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of middleware and third-party service providers as integration components.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- SalesForce Integration certification.
- Oracle EBS and JD Edwards integration experience.
- Database concepts and design including Azure Cloud SQL database.
- Windows Server architecture and security.
- Development experience in building APIs at scale.
