Responsibilities:
• Support existing clients in issue resolution.
• Analyze customer processes and offer consulting insights.
• Implement logistics software at client sites.
• Collaborate with our development team on software enhancements.
• Proficiently use SQL for data manipulation.
• Communicate with clients, both domestically and internationally.
• Assist in product presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
• Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
