Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts in the Czech Republic, focusing on acquisitions and market expansion.
- Identify and engage potential business partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the packaging materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the Czech market and business environment.
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Czech Native, proficient in English (C1) – communication with management)
- Driving license, active driver willing to cover Czech Republic and Slovakia
