Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first contact for external leads, assessing their potential and ensuring timely responses.
- Manage and advance warm leads, collaborating with relevant teams drive leads to a successful close.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring positive interactions for all inbound inquiries.
- Optimize the CRM system, manage the database, and analyse conversion metrics.
- Support strategic business growth by leading generation campaigns to increase lead volume.
- Optimize the sales lead process for greater efficiency.
- Create and distribute newsletters and promotions, overseeing communication and analysis.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Experience in customer service roles or sales is desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and one additional European language (German, Italian, French, Polish).
- Strong communication skills with technical proficiency.
- A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the year when necessary.
