On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Claims Specialist to join their team in Prague. This role involves the timely investigation of claims, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements within the organisation.
Day-to-day of the role
- Timely investigations of claims in collaboration with relevant departments, gathering all necessary information
- Resolve customer claims, debit notes, and disputes efficiently
- Maintain digital files of finished claim forms, supporting documents, and delivery proofs
- Issue credit and debit notes in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Follow internal rules and regulations
- Support organisational changes and drive process improvement
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in claims handling or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally SAP
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Any of following languages is a plus: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish
