Claims Specialist

Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Claims Specialist to join their team in Prague. This role involves the timely investigation of claims, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements within the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Timely investigations of claims in collaboration with relevant departments, gathering all necessary information
  • Resolve customer claims, debit notes, and disputes efficiently
  • Maintain digital files of finished claim forms, supporting documents, and delivery proofs
  • Issue credit and debit notes in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Follow internal rules and regulations
  • Support organisational changes and drive process improvement
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in claims handling or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally SAP
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Any of following languages is a plus: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish
