For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Collection specialists to join their business centre based in Prague. If you speak fluently French/German/Spanish/Italian or Polish and good English, if you are communicative and if you are interested in accounting, then surely keep reading! Your main role will be to communicate with your business accounts and collect all due payments on a regular basis.

Main responsibilities:

  • Carry out proactive actions with collections in order to avoid and reduce overdue
  • Create and monitor open queries and follow up on disputes
  • Monitor key overdue customers
  • Monitor incoming payments
  • Keep good relationship with internal or external customers

Your profile:

  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience (in administration, customer support, entry level accounting or internship)
  • Familiar with MS package (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and SAP as a great advantage
  • Ideally good understanding of sales support and F&A processes
  • Fluent in English (B2 min.) and ideally a 2nd language (FR/SP/IT/GE/POL)
