Customer Claims Specialist with French

Job description

We are looking for a bilingual Claims Specialist who is fluent in French and English to manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness. This role involves thorough investigation of claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Day to day of the role:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Investigate claims thoroughly to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze claim trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French (B2+) and English (B2+).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Motivation to learn.
