An international organisation located in Prague is currently searching for new Customer Care Supervisor with German to lead their team of Customer Care Specialists focused on German-speaking countries from Prague. This role is ideal for skilled team leader with deep experiences in team lead, coaching and mentoring and also brilliant language and communication skills to support his/her team, who's providing top level customer service to company's clients in B2B cooperation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading, coaching and supervising team of max 10 Cust. Service Representatives.
- Coordinating team members and their daily tasks, assist required duties if needed.
- Monitoring daily activities, providing performance feedback. Establishing objectives, workload etc.
- Cooperate and participate in recruiting process of new team members - joining the interviews, help with new members onboarding.
- Cooperate with other departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of experiences on same or similar position in multinational environment.
- Deep knowledge and experiences in team leadership and mentoring, coaching.
- Native or highly fluent German language - experiences with living/cooperating for multiple years in DACH region welcomed.
- Fluent English languages - main communication language within the company.
- Experiences with EPR system - good knowledge of Oracle beneficial.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt
- Great communication and organization skills
- Pro-active and problem-solving attitude
