Order Operations Specialist with French

Do you speak fluent French and English ?

Do you want to actively use French and English in your work?

Are you interested in customer service and/or already have some experience is custommer support sector?

We are looking for fine colleagues for this position in our customer care team!

 

What will be your responsibilities ?

  • Communication with clients (you will answer their questions and queries about products)
  • Translating and entering orders into the internal system
  • Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
  • Reporting
  • Process improvement
     

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of French and English at least at B2 level
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
  • High school/college education - also suitable for graduates, whom we will train
  • Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
  • Independence, self-reflection and willingness to continually work on yourself
