For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Financial planning manager ready to enhance decision-making capabilities across the CEE Region Join their dynamic team and lead an international group, providing strategic insights and detailed financial analysis to support their growth and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the Financial Planning and Reporting team, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Oversee the entire financial planning process for all cycles in the CEE region, aligning with corporate strategies and compliance.
- Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on financial Actuals, Budgets, and Latest Estimates, adhering to the Group finance manual.
- Explain key differences and business factors to senior management and stakeholders.
- Look for ways to improve processes and systems, making financial procedures more unified and efficient.
- Manage non-financial reporting, ensuring processes are defined and reports are submitted on time and meet standards.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within a multinational corporation.
- Knowledge of SAP proficient in MS Excel.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
