REED is seeking a talented National Key Account Manager / Sales Director for a small / mid-sized international FMCG company. If you are a seasoned sales professional with a background in FMCG and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, market approaches, and revenue plans.
- Enhance efficiency and achieve agreed-upon results.
- Negotiate business terms with both modern market and traditional customers.
- Assess and align business plans and investments.
- Lead and develop Key Account Managers (KAMs) and direct sales teams, fostering engagement and empowerment.
- Serve as a role model, promoting growth and development within the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous managerial experience in FMCG, including leading KAMs and field sales teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Flexible, dynamic personality with innovative thinking.
- In-depth understanding of the FMCG sales environment.
- Native Czech/Slovak speaker with proficiency in English.
