Job description

REED is currently searching for junior candidates who wish to take their customer service experience and start a new role in order management. This is an exciting opportunity to join our international client’s organisation here in Prague, specialised in the healthcare industry. Your main role will be to process orders and ensure the on-time delivery of the products, to customers across the DACH region. You will be communicating directly with the customers and answering their queries.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving customer orders and entering it into ERP system
  • Providing customer with order acknowledgements, product availability and information on order deliveries and issues
  • Issuing, posting, and sending sales invoices
  • Answering and solving customer complaints (via email or phone)
  • Managing faulty goods return, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, product types and products availability.
  • Supporting customer on payments including collections when necessary
  • Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, 
  • Cooperating and working with the finance department in tasks with shared responsibility
  • Frequent contact with the logistics and sales team
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships


Experience and skill set

  • Great customer service skills 
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
  • Have a keen sense of attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and departments
  • Collaborate with other departments on their priorities
