As a PeopleSoft Senior Developer, you’ll lead and innovate on the PeopleSoft platform, ensuring seamless LCM, Change, and operations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft or relevant ERP system.
  • Proficiency in Peoplesoft Application Designer and ORACLE BI Publisher is a must.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must, Oracle SQL is an advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft SW architecture is required.
  • Ability to translate accounting and financial processes to technical implementation is big advantage.
  • Knowledge of CAPI or other LCM tooling for PeopleSoft is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS is an advantage.
  • Experience with Image upgrades.
  • Experience with Integration broker, web services.

What you will do

  • Analyze requirements and based on functional design create or change code or configuration of Peoplesoft application via Application Designer and other Peoplesoft related tools.

  • Provide incidents analysis and resolution on a day-to-day basis. Make sure the incidents are resolved within agreed SLA. Provide incident reporting and co-ordinate incident priorities.
  • Execute complex incident post analyses and identify problem management candidates. Lead problem root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Lead the development of new Peoplesoft functionality.
  • Effectively use ServiceNow or other ticketing tool and lead the maintenance and support process improvement.
  • Continuously increase technical knowledge of PeopleSoft.
  • Supervise junior and medior developers, maintain and develop their skills.
  • Lead the SW and configuration documents maintenance and update.
