Project Manager CoE Analytics

Job description

Our client provides a range of components and integrated solutions for vehicles equipped with traditional internal combustion engines, as well as for hybrid and electric models. Its primary offerings encompass clutch systems, transmission elements, torsion dampers, valve train systems, camshaft phasing units, and electric propulsion systems.

What will you do

  • Drive the digitalization of client Automotive Aftermarket in the region Europe

  • Operationalize and lead CoE Analytics initiative to deliver productivity increase and improve data-driven decision making

  • As a lead of CoE Analytics in the region Europe,  responsibility for day-to-day operations, coordination with all relevant stakeholders and continuous improvement of capabilities

  • Clarification of business requirements and identification of business and technical dependencies

  • Managing Analytics demand process and prioritization of activities and ensure delivery

  • Close collaboration with HQ Data Science Team and other Analytics units on development of data analytics capabilities

  • Support of new data solutions rollouts while ensuring operations in collaboration with local business responsibles

  • Providing guidance, onboarding and training for new data solutions and processes

Requirements

  • Successfully completed international studies in e.g. economics, business administration, business IT or comparable education

  • Several years of international professional experience, preferably in an IT or management consultancy, technology company, data science agency or similar job

  • Several years of experience in software development or implementation of digitization projects with an advanced analytics & data science focus

  • Experience in agile development processes, ideally as certified product owner

  • Experience in requirements documentation and dependency identification as well as definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)

  • Experience from software development projects with either SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services or other analytics solution

  • Good knowledge in agile tools such as JIRA & confluence as well as MS Office

  • Technical experience with analytics & data science solutions and processes as well as internet technologies & web applications

  • Software development skills (e.g. object oriented programming) and agile Development Certification are beneficial   

  • Fluent in English spoken and written; German and further languages are beneficial
