Lead the L2/L3 support team in the Process Automation Division at the modern Operations Center Europe in Ostrava, managing digital solutions for maritime operations, communication, and environmental protection.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the L2/L3 support team (operational and long-term development).
- Oversee solutions, ensuring effective communication with users, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Install and expand solutions, including onboarding new ships.
- Collaborate in an international team.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles (certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Advantage: Experience in software development (.NET in C#).
