We are looking for Salesforce.com enthusiast for our Prague-based client to collaborate on the development of salesforce.com within the international environment. The projects are primarily related to sales, service and marketing (business domains). You will be part of a modest team of four salesforce.com enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

• Business process analysis and identification of needs within Salesforce
• Design and implementation of various solutions in Salesforce
• Salesforce system management and maintenance, including configuration and customization
• Collaborate with teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems
• Preparation of functional documentation
• Knowledge of changing flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, etc.

About you:

• University education – ideally IT/business
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce. Ideally, certification.
• Knowledge of English in spoken and written language (daily communication with foreign countries) and knowledge of Czech (daily communication)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of the Apex programming language is an advantage
