Senior Finance Analyst
Location: Praha - Karlin (HYBRID working, 2 days from home/ 3 days from the office)
Start date: ASAP (6-months temporary contract with a possibility of extension)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our team! This role will focus on the consolidation of reporting and creating dashboards to improve finance team agility to derive business insights and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and self-starter. Experience in financial analysis and modelling with strong Excel skills is a must.
Senior Finance Analyst responsibilities:
- Develop an automation module to move monthly budget, forecasting, business variance analysis to Tableau and reduce usage of spreadsheets
- Drive the Market Development Fund close and accrual process by partnering with Partner Marketing team
- Own the budget and forecasting analysis process to provide accurate and timely actual vs budget variance analysis
- Partner with the Marketing Finance team lead and Accounting during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy in accruals, prepaids, accounts receivable, and invoicing
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Marketing Finance lead for monthly and quarterly budget reviews
- Anticipate business variances, minimize the impact of variance surprises
- Maintain the Alteryx Flash Forecast and Allocadia Forecast
- Deliver to monthly close deliverables
- Develop and implement dashboards for budget reporting and headcount tracking to be used for presentation report outs
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by working with each Marketing Finance owner to identify critical process steps, models, and timeline
- Perform ad-hoc projects/analysis as needed
Senior Finance Analyst requirements:
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modelling with strong Excel skills
- Great systems experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Anaplan, NetSuite, Allocadia, Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar systems and tools. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
- Proficiency in MS Access, SQL, or database programming languages is a plus
- Attention to detail when necessary and ability to synthesize large volumes of data and summarize into presentation/management views
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, collaborative, positive attitude, and a strong team player
