Day-to-day of the role
- Apply incoming payments to customer accounts
- Generate invoices for billing
- Send Statements of Accounts (SOA) and payments reminders
- Keep customer accounts up-to-date
- Manage incoming customer queries
- Maintaing SOPs
- Review the netting system
- Book monthly payments
- Reconcile daily bank statements, investigate, and resolve unallocated payments
- Be the first point of contact for stakeholders
- Month end activities and reporting
What we are looking for
- Over 3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting with experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in English, other language is a plus
- Skilled in the billing process
- Strong knowledge of banking and accounts receivable
- Understanding of F&A processes and accounting principles
