What will you do:
• Handle warranty claims for mechanical equipment – e.g. determine whether the issue was caused by a component failure, improper use, or external factors.
• Work with technical documentation, drawings, and business systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Communicate with customers and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Sales) both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
• Create manuals and technical guides for resolving various types of product issues.
• Manage claim and support ticket systems, analyze trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Occasionally travel to European branches (approx. 5% of the time).
• Provide distributor training – in person and online.
• Actively contribute to continuous process improvement within global standards.
What you need for this role:
• Technical education and experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar fields.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and at least one additional European language (preferably German, but Italian, Polish, French, Spanish or others are also welcome).
• A customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to listen and offer technical solutions.
