As a Warranty Engineer you would act as a detective, identifying the cause of product malfunctions and determining if a warranty can be applied. Your "crime scene" will primarily be the test lab, though you may occasionally travel to client sites.
🔵 What will you do as Warranty Engineer?
- Diagnose warranty issues for new electronic products
- Make analysis, tests in a lab, and track needed data about the issues
- Communicate with clients and your R&D colleagues to validate and implement solutions
- Travel to client locations, if it is needed (around 15 % of your work time)
- Provide insight into systematic issues and support its resolution

🔵 What are the requirements?
- University/high school degree in Electrical Engineering, IT or related field.
- At least 2 year experience from similar position – engineering, warranty or quality related
- Experience with Electronic Control Unit testing or development (ideally with both hardware and software)
- Experience with Vector tools, communication protocols
- Fluent English around B2/C1 level
- Driving license and willingness to occasionally travel to client sites
