Lead the L2/L3 support team in the Process Automation Division at the modern Operations Center Europe in Ostrava, managing digital solutions for maritime operations, communication, and environmental protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the L2/L3 support team (operational and long-term development).
  • Oversee solutions, ensuring effective communication with users, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Install and expand solutions, including onboarding new ships.
  • Collaborate in an international team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles (certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Advantage: Experience in software development (.NET in C#).
