On behalf of our client, a leading player in the world of audio-visual digital entertainment, we are seeking an Order Management Supervisor. Your Mission:

  • Processing sales orders (Order Book Management: SAP registration; pricing checks, goods allocation; manage backorders)
  • Managing deliveries on highest customer’s satisfaction
  • Review and register transport claims, support customer communication, and help close unpaid invoices
  • Monitor country sales plans and help achieve targets
  • Participate in customer meetings
  • Understand and support customer needs, assist Key Account Managers, and suggest alternative solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with Customers, Sales, Demand Planners, Distribution centres, Credit Controllers, etc.
  • Present and argue proposed solutions
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Assist with operational issues
  • Manage onboarding and training for new team members, track training progress, and address knowledge gaps
  • Oversee performance reviews, task delegation, and escalation processes
  • Participate in audits, process improvements, and various projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Relationship and/or Order Management
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
  • Leadership experience, including people development
  • Experience in MS Office (Excel), ERP system experience
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash and logistics processes
  • Team Player, emotionally balanced, mature personality
