Join our client's Accounts Receivable team in their financial centre based in Prague. They are currently recruiting a French speaking AR specialist who will handle month-end reporting, credit ratings, customer deductions, and order management. Accuracy and compliance will be the key to success.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Perform credit management activities, including credit limit review and setup.
  • Participate in the order management process by blocking and releasing orders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to process customer rebates.
  • Issue credit notes related to customer deductions.
  • Prepare and distribute aging and Trial Balance reports during month-end.
  • Report on provisions and bad debt.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer master data.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and propose items for clearing.
  • Cooperate with the cash application team.
  • Assist in timely management of customer disputes.

Additionally, engage in process improvement initiatives, participate in training programs, and support special projects as needed. Ensure compliance with internal regulations.

Your profile:

  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • English fluent, French intermediate
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Organized with the ability to multitask
  • Innovative, accurate and precise
  • Flexibility related to tasks, priorities and workload
  • Team player mind set
