About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager CE to join the team of our client. This role is pivotal in overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across the CE region, ensuring alignment with the business code of conduct, integrity, and due diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for CE region.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Create and execute resourcing plans, define recruitment channels, and develop attraction strategies.
- Analyze talent needs and market trends to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage sourcing strategies and develop a robust talent pipeline through ATS, CRM, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Engage stakeholders and teams to deliver recruitment plans and strategies.
- Support business partners and country people operations with functional recruitment plans.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics/KPIs (time-to-hire, time-to-offer, quality of hire, source of hire).
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment activity, hiring trends, and talent pipeline status.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
You should match the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Advanced English level (C1).
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies across various functions and levels.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in retail organizations is preferable.
