Day to Day of the role:
- Process incoming orders with high accuracy.
- Verify order details and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order management.
- Address and resolve billing issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts, maintaining detailed records.
- Utilize relevant software systems to streamline the order management process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (B2+) and English (B2+).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience with software systems such as S4Hana and VIM is highly desirable.
- Eligibility to work full-time in the Czech Republic.
