We are seeking an independent Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse stock and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and related paperwork. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth logistics operations and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance and related paperwork.
- Review orders and customer backlogs for stock availability.
- Ensure clarity of delivery and logistics instructions on packing slips.
- Optimize stock allocation for shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics companies and generate shipping paperwork.
- Manage and follow up on RGA return requests.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, and customs clearance.
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and priority-setting abilities.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
