On behalf of my client, I’m seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their team as an Office Assistant/ Receptionist. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in administration while supporting the Facility Manager and the broader team.

Office Assistant/ Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the reception area: Ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
  • Client zone and common area oversight: Maintain a professional and tidy space.
  • Greeting visitors and handling calls: Be the friendly face and voice of the company.
  • Mail and delivery processing: Manage postal services and courier deliveries.
  • Communication: Liaise with suppliers and employees via email and phone.
  • Database management: Keep employee and client contact information up-to-date.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support: Assist with document archiving, meeting and travel arrangements, and more.

What We Expect from You:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma.
  • Language skills: Native-level Czech and advanced English (B2/C1).
  • Computer proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal qualities: Reliability, attention to detail, flexibility, and stress resilience.
  • Independence and communication skills: Strong customer orientation.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
