REED is currently searching for candidates from order management activities with experience in leading a multinational team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our international client’s organisation here in Prague, specialised in the healthcare industry. Your main role will be to lead a team of order management specialist based in Prague, ensure the on-time delivery of the products (across Europe), and work on the team's performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and guide the customer service team.
- Organize and lead regular service reviews with country teams, focusing on key customers.
- Assist in order management as needed.
- Monitor and redistribute team workload.
- Serve as the main contact for internal customers.
- Ensure compliance with business procedures and workflows.
- Track and close open issues and tasks.
- Evaluate employee performance and support their development.
- Review customer surveys to improve satisfaction and control costs.
- Collaborate with HR for recruiting new customer service representatives.
Experience and skill set
- Fluent in English (B2) and German (C1 or higher)
- Proven leader with experience in managing a multi-functional and multi-national team.
- Thrive in a fast and dynamic organization.
- Adept critical thinker and problem solver, ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure/demanding timelines
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong data analytic skills
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Advantages: An understanding of LEAN technologies and Experience in JDEdwards (JDE).
