Game Plan 🏅
- Process international payrolls using ADP Workforce Now and Celergo, including data entry, manual calculations, report generation, and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Collaborate with external payroll partners to manage payroll and address queries
- Ensure timely submission of tax year-end processes and annual filings
- Initiate payment to employees, local authorities and third parties
- Address daily payroll inbox queries promptly and professionally
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing support for payroll-related queries
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and third-party providers
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations (GDPR)
- Provide support, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members
Required Skillset
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or other relevant area
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and employment laws, practices and procedures
- 5 years in payroll
- Experience of EMEA payrolls and their respective legislation for the countries
- Ability to speak French
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills
- Working knowledge of ADP Celergo and Oracle
- Stong financial skills and knowledge (understanding of balance sheet and budgeting)
- Attention to detail, Excellent communication
