Job Opportunity: Finance Professional for Revenue and Rebate Oversight
On behalf of a well-known international company specialised in visual digital entertainment, we are currently looking for an experienced finance professional with a penchant for precision and problem-solving? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead revenue and rebate processes within the European operations.

The company has about 150 employees in their business centre in Prague, out of which 50% of them are expats mainly from Europe. You would work in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process Control: Maintain rigorous control over revenue and rebate processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to evaluate contractual agreements and assess their impact on revenue.
- Revenue Closing: Manage revenue closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations, in alignment with IFRS 15 guidelines.
- Billing Oversight: Supervise billing processes and credit note issuance related to contractual rebates.
- Model Design: Create revenue and rebate models that align seamlessly with IFRS 15 guidelines.
- Auditor Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external auditors.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive revenue and rebate sales reports, ensuring reconciliation from invoiced revenue to actual revenue.
- Stakeholder Education: Educate internal stakeholders on revenue and rebate policies.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist in handling ad hoc projects as directed.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in finance, controlling, or accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in IFRS 15 and strong analytical abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Excel proficiency is essential; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a welcome asset.
