Location: A field-based role which requires travel on a day-to-day basis. (60% travelling/ 40% Prague office)
Territory: Czech Republic & Slovak Republic

For a market leader in dental implants, who is investing in the development of its Orthodontic Business by building strong ortho teams across the world, we're looking for a Sales Representative (Orthodontics). In this position you will focus on helping to grow the local Orthodontic Business by gaining new and developing existing customers and establish a strong local Orthodontic Community. You will be responsible for generating new accounts from leads, converting competitive users, developing and growing existing providers, enhancing customer loyalty and utilization rate through providing excellent service and supporting patient growth activities. The position holder is expected to bring creative ideas to the table to grow the business.
Sales Representative (Orthodontics) Responsibilities:
- Grow the Ortho Business by acquiring new customers, developing existing customers and building strong networks with potential reference customers.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential customers and connect them to a strong community by organisation of Educational Events.
- Deliver Winning Presentations & Strategic Proposals. Showcase benefits and competitive edge to win new clients.
- Guide new providers through their first cases.
- Support the marketing team and collaborate with other departments.
Sales Representative (Orthodontics) Requirements:
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales/account management (bonus points if you know your way around dental/medical realms)
- Track Record: Proven success in sales growth
- Language Prowess: Solid presentation skills and fluency in Czech or Slovak language (proficient) and English (intermediate to advanced)
- Driving licence B – active driver
Sales Representative (Orthodontics) Benefits:
