We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to enhance our clients team at the Shared Service Centre in Prague. The Salesforce team supports various Salesforce.com users and handles complex development and architectural tasks for the entire European organization and beyond. The role involves end-to-end delivery of customized solutions for the business, supporting internal customers from Europe, China, the USA, and Brazil. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

Day-today of the role

  • Provide daily Salesforce.com support, including account creation, mass uploads/downloads of credit notes, pricing adjustments, and customer data management
  • Correct incomplete or inaccurate request data and address other operational needs within the Opportunity-to-Order-to-Cash process
  • Assist in designing and implementing new features and change requests, including automation, scripting, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning
  • Serve as a Salesforce administrator, focusing on development and architecture
  • Participate in projects to introduce new features and enhance Salesforce usability
  • Develop user stories/scenarios and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our internal clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Order Fulfilment teams to improve automation and processes
  • Work with developers to ensure solutions meet business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year in Salescloud operations and development
  • Education or relevant experience (6 years equivalent to high school diploma; higher education can substitute for experience)
  • Demonstrable experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements and delivering solutions to customers
  • Basic knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL) - you should be able to review code and identify issues
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive and self-sufficient with strong customer focus with proactive problem-solving and query resolution skills

Advantageous to have

  • Experience with Community Cloud, particularly in designing and implementing it
  • Flow experience
  • Salesforce modules: Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and DocuSign
  • Understanding of XML markup and conditioning
  • Knowledge of HTML (troubleshooting and error-finding)
  • Experience in manufacturing and retail/order-to-cash processes
