About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the Market, Liquidity Risk & Valuations department of a leading international bank. You will work on the Market Conformity Check application, ensuring traders operate fairly and transparently. This initiative is crucial for regulatory compliance and ethical trading practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Coach the team on Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Support the team in improving delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably in Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Valuations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus
