What you'll do:

• Data Strategy: Execute central data strategy and support long-term vision.
• Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models, schemas, and tools for efficient data handling.
• Data Integration: Oversee data mappings and integration processes.
• Data Governance: Manage central data model processes, enforce policies, and ensure compliance.
• Technology: Select and evaluate data management tools based on business needs.
• Leadership: Mentor data professionals and advocate for central architecture.
• Collaboration: Support business units, educate users, and translate data requirements into solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data models and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong background in data modeling and architecture in an international environment.
• Expertise in data management technologies and tools, such as databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Analytical, goal-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges with attention to detail.
