Social Media Coordinator
Location: Praha - Karlin (HYBRID working, 2 days from home/ 3 days from the office)
Start date: ASAP (1-year temporary contract with a possibility of extension)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team! This role involves managing social media requests, overseeing creative assets, and scheduling posts within EMEA region. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and excels at creative problem-solving. Experience in data analysis to optimize strategies is a big plus.
Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support organic social in EMEA, managing planning and scheduling.
- Review and prioritize inbound requests which require creative design.
- Work with the designer to develop eye-catching creative assets which are on-brand.
- Maintain a regional social calendar to schedule and target the designated audience.
- Align priorities with corporate social to overall KPIs.
- Provide monthly reports on performance and activity.
Social Media Coordinator Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media preferred
- Proficiency in Google tools, Smartsheets, and presentations
- Advanced to proficient level of English (Czech a plus)
- Disciplined approach to managing multiple workstreams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner effectively
- Interest or experience in using data and metrics to measure impact and drive growth
