On behalf of my client, a leading entity in the betting and gaming industry, operating in multiple European countries, I’m seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager who has demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of workforce capacity planning.
Workforce Planning Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Create & manage concepts, principles, processes and tools for workforce planning (Internal and External + people related OPEX) across multiple countries.
- Conduct workforce capacity planning and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in payroll-related activities.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports and calculations related to employee headcount development, changes in cost structure, turnover, etc.
- Analyze and interpret financial data and results, consolidate data at the group level, preparation of presentation materials for group management.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders to align HR planning with financial objectives.
- Communication with subsidiaries and colleagues responsible for personnel costs, explaining deviations between reality, plan, and forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Provide consultations and partnering to colleagues and managers.
- Close cooperation with HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist during the annual salary review process and cooperation in preparing bonus calculation and payouts.
- Comprehensive coverage of budgeting and forecasting personnel costs and resources for all company entities, preparation of methodology, data collection, interpretation of year-on-year differences both technically and content-wise.
- Support the implementation of HR Workforce planning system.
Workforce Planning Manager Requirements:
- Previous solid experience with the whole lifecycle of workforce capacity planning (ideally 3 plus years)
- Previous experience with cost calculations, compensation and benefits or finance (or related roles)
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication (Czech knowledge isn’t needed!)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and HR data
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to consolidate data from multiple sources
