With a growing portfolio of 60+ brands, this company is all about keeping customers happy. You’ll be part of the Shared Service Center in Prague, helping out with AP support.

Responsibilities
- Process invoice and match them to propriate purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors and respond to vendor inquiries
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Prepare payments and achieve month-end activities
- Review and approve travel expenses
- Handle Vendor Master Data requests following agreed process
- Participate in improving processes
- Follow applicable company and accounting policies
- Support management, participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, and engage in training programs actively
Key Qualifications
- Experience in finance and/or AP Accounting
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
- Technological skills - Excel, SAP is a must
Prefered Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accountin/Finance or similar field
- Experience with AP in shared service center environment
- Work with structure, communication with internal and external parties
