Your Mission:
- Address complex billing queries and claims, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Manually generate and review billing documents in SAP via Salesforce, troubleshoot issues and execute mass uploads
- Ensure the proper functionality of SAP invoice outputs
- Oversee automated delivery and invoice jobs, address failures, manage manual tasks for specific entities, and drive automation initiatives
- Oversee billing thresholds, rejections, and exceptions
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize and scale billing and revenue functions
- Maintain and design new sales and order processing reports
- Month-end billing management

Requirements:
- 2+ years of billing experience
- Proficient in SAP (SD module) and Salesforce
- Proficient in Excel (extract, analyse, interpret data from multiple systems)
- Strong analytical skills
- Innovatiove mindset with a strong focuse on process improvement
- Fluency in English
